Country Ham Twisted Deviled Eggs!

Minced Onion

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sliced each peeled boiled egg in half, and spoon out the cooked yolks, reserving in side bowl.

* Step 2

Place halved whites of egg into serving dish, yolks into bowl

* Step 3

Repeat process til all eggs are halved, and separated

* Step 4

To bowl of yolks, add mayo, mustard, sugar, Relish and Minced onions. Mix well.

* Step 5

Spoon yolk mix onto each halved egg. Dash whites with black pepper and yolks with paprika.

* Step 6

Twist thin sprigs of country ham and place each twisted sprig into each halved egg. Garnish with Parsley, and optionally crushed red pepper

* Step 7

May optionally garnish with "everything bagel" and dash with drops of hot sauce! Serve and enjoy! 😋
