Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oil in fryer to minimum 350°F (180°C)
* Step 2
Slice your potatoes to desired thinness or thickness
* Step 3
Placed sliced potatoes into fryer basket, drop basket into preheated oil and fry until potatoes float, are slightly golden brown, or to your preference for crispness. Hang basket to drain and immediately coat with your favorite seasonings! Enjoy!
