Crescent Layered Salad (hot+cold salad)

The crunch of the Salted Tortilla Chips and Lettuce, the softness of the Fried Egg, Tomatoes and Jalepenos, the texture of the Cured Beef, drizzled with your favorite dressing and dip, sprinkled with the heat of Crushed Red Pepper.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Line a plate with Tortilla Chips and top with Lettuce

* Step 2

Fry egg til desired doneness (I prefer over medium where the whites are done and yolks are semi-soft/runny)

* Step 3

Top left side of tortilla chips and Lettuce with egg and the partially melted slice of cheese

* Step 4

Moving in a crescent shape to the right of the egg, layer chips/Lettuce with thin slices of Jalepenos, Tomatoes, Cured Meat- I prefer my home-cured "Slab Down Smack Time Beef, recipe on Cookpad" and dressing and dip

I prefer Marzettis Blue Cheese Dressing and Creamy Jalepeno Dip

Sprinkle with Crushed Red Pepper as desired. Enjoy!
