Custard Pudding with Caramel

Kids requested yummy baked Pudding. My kids does not like caramel so I put it only my Pudding.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

15 min to prep
400 ml

Milk

300 ml

Heavy cream

100 g

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put milk and heavy cream into pat with medium heat

* Step 2

Put Sugar into ① not to boil. All sugar is melt stop the fire

* Step 3

Put eggs and egg yorks into the bowl and mix

Preheat oven with 320F.

* Step 5

Put ② into ③ little by little SLOWLY. Not to cook the eggs. Mix lightly. Put vanilla extract.

Put into small bowl or heat resistant container. Prepare pan with hot water about half inch.

Ready for bake. Put the pan into 320F oven for 50min.

* Step 9

While Pudding in the oven. Let's prepare caramel sauce.

* Step 10

Put ♡sugar and ♡water into heated resistant container. And put it in the microwave for 2 and half minutes.

* Step 11

After that put ♡milk into ⑩ Be careful it will sprush.

* Step 12

After baked Pudding put caramel sauce top of it. And then cool it in the fridge.
