Ingredient

cilantro

1 tbsp

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

cut avocados in half, remove seeds and spoon or peel avocados. drop wen in a nice size bowl

* Step 2

juice lemon, remove seeds, add to avocado. smash with potatoe masher

* Step 3

add onion, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt. mix well with spoon or spatula

* Step 4

add tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos and cilantro, stir

* Step 5

add lime juice, stir.

* Step 6

I usually easy half and refrigerate the other half for at least an hour

* Step 7

Enjoy with yellow, white or blue tortilla chips
