Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak mung bean with a pinch of salt about 6 hour or overnight. After that steam it about 20-25 mins until it soft

* Step 2

Blend pandan leave with 200ml water. If use the fresh one is 65gr. Add 125 gr tapioca flour, 125 gr rice flour and 25 gr glutinous rice flour. Add 100gr sugar and 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Add 200mil pandan juice. And add 300 ml coconut cream. Mix them well and filter it

* Step 3

Add 1/4 salt into Mung bean. Add 50 gr tapioca flour, 35 gr rice flour and 400ml coconut cream and 100gr sugar. Blend it all until it’s smooth
