Mawa paneer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the paneer into pieces of 1/4inch thickness.cut into paneer but make sure don't cut through. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and stuff it between two layers of paneer.
* Step 2
Mix the batter ingredients to make a smooth batter. Coat each paneer sandwich with batter. Heat oil and deep fry until light brown. Cut into triangles. Heat ghee in a pan and add the whole spices, ginger garlic paste and dhaniya powder and cook for a minute.
* Step 3
Add all the pastes,curd,salt and chilli powder. Cook gravy until the oil rise on top. Strain to get a smooth consistency. Cook for sometimes,add garam masala and paneer masala.
* Step 4
Pour gravy over paneer. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
