Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot put the sweet corn to boil for 5-6 mins,add salt.once boiled drain the water. Take a bowl add corn,cornflour, salt and red chilli,mix well,till sweet corn is coated and the corn doesn't look powdery.
* Step 2
Heat oil in deep fry pan. Add a handful of corn..keep the flame low medium. Stir once and fry and once it's start cracking then cover the pan partially with lid.Take out them on kitchen towel. Repeat the process with the remaining corns.sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice and garnish with coriander.Enjoy with dip.
