Mango coconut burfi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take coconut in a pan on medium heat. Roast it with stirring continuously till it gets dry and lightly brown. Then add milk, sugar and mango pulp.Mix it and keep cooking on medium heat. Don’t forget to stir.Keep cooking till it dries out and becomes thick. It takes 15-20 minutes.
* Step 2
Turn off the flame add cardamom powder and mix. Put it to a greased tray or container.Spread it evenly and smooth out the surface. Sprinkle chopped Almonds on top. Let it cool completely so it sets. Once set, cut into pieces and serve
