Creole Pork

This recipe is delicious. It is simple, quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredient

2 Pounds

Pork Belly

3 Tablespoons

Paprika

3 Tablespoons

Bell Pepper Powder

3 Tablespoons

Turmeric

To Taste

Salt

To Taste

Black Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the Paprika, Bell Pepper Powder and Turmeric.

Add White Vinegar and Canola Oil and mix well.

* Step 3

Wash the Pork Belly cut with plenty of water and place it on a tray. Add Dalt and Black Pepper to taste.

Pour the mix over the pork cut. Make sure it covers all.

* Step 5

Grill the Pork Belly at medium heat for 30 min on each side.

Cut it, serve it and enjoy!
