Raisin yogurt steamed cake - kids will love it!
Healthy snack for kids :)
When I was a small kid, my mother and mother of my friend made this often and I really looooved it. Not so fancy baking or anything, but tastes very nice :P
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar well.
* Step 2
Soak the raisins with water and sugar.
* Step 3
Add yogurt and cooking oil and mix it gently.
* Step 4
Use spatula and don't mix too much :)
* Step 5
Steam them. (Take a look at my other recipes for more instructions :) )
* Step 6
Pour the dough in cups or on the cooking sheet. Place the dough on the plate and steam for about 10 min with low/mid heat.
* Step 8
Hmmm <3 Kids are going to love it :) or good for breakfast too.
