all-purpose flower - (A)
40 g
sugar - (A)
12 g
cacao powder - (A)

eggs
40 ml
olive oil
1 tbsp
milk
1 tsp
rum (additional)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven 180 degree.
* Step 2
Mix all ingredients (A).
* Step 3
Separate egg into yolk and white. Whip the egg white up.
* Step 4
Mix yolk and oil.
* Step 5
Smash bananas with folk and mix with 4.
* Step 6
Mix all ingredients together gently. Add rum if you like.
* Step 7
Bake it for 35 minutes. (If you concern whether it burns the surface, then cover with aluminum foil and bake it for an hour)
* Step 8
Let it cool.
