Easy to make sweet and savoury Indonesian peranakan dish made from glutinous rice and sprinkled with soy powder, sugar, and optional shredded coconut.

Prepare all the ingredients.
* Step 2
Steamed shredded coconut and sprinkle with a little bit of salt when it cools.
* Step 3
Cook the glutinous rice with pandan 2 pandan leaves and a pinch of salt.
* Step 4
Mix the rice with shredded coconut, soy powder, and sugar. (Palm sugar as optional)
