Green beans with tofu
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Chopped the onions, garlic and coriander
* Step 3
Boil 2 whole tomato and remove the skin
* Step 4
In a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil sauté the garlic, onion, green beans, tomato then add salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes then add 3 tbsp of tomato paste and the pimenton de la vera or smoked paprika. Cover it with lid, once the green beans are tender add the coriander.
* Step 5
For the tofu cut it in square and make sure to dry it with paper towel for any excess water. Season it with salt and pepper then fry them in the pan with canola oil until you get the crispness texture.
* Step 6
Serve it in a dish and mix the fried tofu
