Polish & Kraut Roast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

* Step 2

Toss sausage, peppers, and onions with enough oil to coat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Lay sausage mixture atop parchment paper on a large baking tray.

* Step 4

Cook uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until sausage is caramelized and reaches 155°

* Step 5
