Nacho Cheesey Broccoli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

* Step 2

Spray a medium sized casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

* Step 3

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a large pinch of salt.

* Step 4

Transfer mixture to the casserole dish. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray and cover.

* Step 5

Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until broccoli is tender and sauce is bubbling.

* Step 6

Great served over rice.
