Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak potatoes in gin overnight. Drain. Let air dry briefly before drying potatoes. Toss with vegetable oil. Season.
* Step 2
Roast at 400° for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized and fork tender.
* Step 3
