Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In nonstick pan, fry veg. Fish until lightly brown in 1 tbs oil. Veg. Fish already has some oil.
* Step 2
In small bowl, add soy sauce, veg. Oyster sauce, ground pepper, sugar and mix well. Should be slightly salty. Add sauce to fish and fry on low heat another 5 min. To coat the fish on both sides.
