Cooking instructions

* Step 1

preheat oven to 375 and spray well your ramakins with cooking spray

* Step 2

scramble eggs, & all seasonings and milk.

* Step 3

add generous amount of cheese 1/2 way to each ramakins top with egg mixture bake 30minutes

* Step 4

Eat Immediately they will start to deflate..
