My variation on the classic tahini sauce. A super quick and a great way to have fresh parsley - a super healthy ingredient - in any meaningful quantity. It is also great to use up ‘tired’ parsley or coriander leaves that are no longer fresh.

6-8 servings (as condiment)
Cooking time :
5-10 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and whirl for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Add more water if required.
* Step 2
Serve! Here pictured with roasted cauliflower and salmon and with sweet potato.
* Step 3
Any left overs can keep in the fridge for days - I usually keep it in a glass container and use throughout the week.
