Cooking instructions

* Step 1

start by adding all your ingredients into a bowl except oil that's for frying shells.

* Step 2

you want your masa to be a dough like consistency. one you got that achieved start by grabbing about a golf ball size in your hand, roll to a ball gradually start pressing middle and sides out you want to make a bowl like, to fill them up. continue till you have all done.

* Step 3

heat your oil up till hot add in sope and fry till golden about 3-4minutes each side. Drain on paper towel

* Step 4

you can top them with refried beans, shredded carnitas or any meat of choice cheese, lettuce, salsa sour cream or mexican crema. Your choice!! Enjoy!!!
