Key lime pie

Its a refreshing cool and creamy desert. Perfect on a hot summer day. Use either store bought key lime juice or fresh key limes do not use regular lime juice as it does not taste the same.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat cream cheese, lime juice, pinch of salt, eggs, condensed milk and zest of 1 lime and mix all together well

* Step 2

Pour into pie shell

* Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet

* Step 4

Let pie cool completely then spread on cool whip and sprinkle on zest of the remaining lime. Refrigerate leftovers.
