Ingredient

shredded carrots

1 1/4 cup

raisins

3/4 cup

mayonnaise

1 tsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

black pepper

Cooking instructions

In a medium bowl combine carrots, apple and raisins

* Step 2

In a small bowl juice lemon and stir in mayo, salt, pepper; and sugar and pour over salad and mix well
