Swiss Steak
I love swiss steak and I like to serve it over mashed potatoes ;-)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Lightly brown seasoned and floured steaks in a skillet with a little oil don't fully cook them
* Step 2
Place in a slow cooker and top with onions and peppers
* Step 3
Mix tomatoes, sauce, garlic, water, salt, pepper, bouillon, sugar, Wostershire and parsley
* Step 4
Pour on top and cover and cook on low for 8 hours
