Pacmans Fresh Salsa

I don't typically measure how much of each ingredient I put in my salsa, typically I fine tune the flavor as I make it. That's what great about salsa, you add or remove more of an ingredient to tailor it to your own taste. This recipe gives you the foundation of making a fresh salsa, customize as you wish.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 - 40 minutes
1/2-2/3

Red Onion

2 Cloves

Garlic

1 Tsp

Salt

1 Tsp

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Depending on hot you want the salsa to be, you can add/remove jalapeno seeds. Mix tomatoes, onion, peppers, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl; add salt and sugar.

* Step 2

Dice up tomatoes, onion, peppers, jalapeno, garlic, and cilatro. You can do this by hand or use a food processor. A food processor speeds up the process.

* Step 3

The salsa is ready to serve after all ingredients are combined.

* Step 4

If you find the salsa too spicy add some additional sugar to counteract the spiciness.

* Step 5

As with most of my recipes, customize it to your liking. Let me know what you would add or remove, I'd like to try it myself.
