Honey Rum Grilled Bananas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the rum, honey and cinnamon.
* Step 3
Cut bananas in half lengthwise, leaving the peel on.
* Step 4
Place the bananas cut side down on the grill.
* Step 5
Cover and grill over medium heat for 3 minutes.
* Step 6
Turn and brush with the honey mixture.
* Step 7
Cover and grill 5 to 6 minutes longer or until tender.
* Step 9
Serve immediately with ice cream.
* Step 10
*This is great with coconut and with spiced rum too.*
