Penzey's Garlic Shrimp And Black Olives
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
* Step 2
While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan.
* Step 3
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, 6 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
* Step 4
Add the tomatoes, shrimp, wine, basil and rosemary.
* Step 5
Let simmer while the pasta finishes cooking.
* Step 6
If the shrimp is cooked, just heat through. If the shrimp is raw, simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Drain the pasta and place in a serving bowl.
* Step 8
Add the shrimp mixture and toss to combine.
* Step 9
Add the olives, salt and pepper.
* Step 11
Top with feta cheese and serve.
