Horseradish Potato Salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the potatoes in a large saucepan.
* Step 2
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
* Step 3
Let boil until tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
* Step 5
When cool enough to handle, dice with the skin on.
* Step 6
In a large bowl, stir together the milk, mayonnaise, and horseradish.
* Step 7
Add the potatoes, celery, pickles, and scallions.
* Step 8
Toss gently until everything is covered with mayonnaise.
* Step 9
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 10
Cover and chill before serving.
