Coconut Watermelon Salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

* Step 2

Spread the coconut on a baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown about 5 to 8 minutes.

* Step 3

Transfer to a bowl and let cool.

* Step 4

Combine the condensed milk, heavy cream, lime juice and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

* Step 5

Put the watermelon in a large bowl and drizzle with the condensed milk mixture.

* Step 6

Sprinkle wth the toasted coconut and the cinnamon.

* Step 7

Serve & enjoy.
