Spicey Salad Dressing Or Marinade

Ingredient

2 cup

canola or olive oil

1/2 cup

soy sauce (I use low sodium variety)

2 tsp

basil

1 tbsp

white onion, (I make this super finely chopped). You can also use granulated onion.

2 tsp

cumin, ground

to 2 teaspoons powdered ginger

2 tsp

dill weed

to 2 teaspoons ground coriander

1 tbsp

plus 1 teaspoon prepared dijon mustard

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a jar with a lid.

* Step 2

Shake well and pour over your favorite salad.

* Step 3

When using as a marinade for chicken or pork, marinade for at least a few hours before cooking meat.
