No carb/sugar breakfast muffins

Newly diagnosed diabetic who is on a very low carb/sugar lifestyle!! Almond/coconut flour and stevia is essential in my kitchen!

Ingredient

1

egg

2 tbsp

stevia

Splash

vanilla

1/2 tsp

cocoa powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease muffin pan or line with cupcake liners and preheat oven to 350•

* Step 2

Add all ingredients and stir

* Step 3

Spoon into liners and bake for 10-15 min

* Step 4

When done I put sugar free jelly on top!
