Lasagna Roll Ups

Ingredient

Parmesan

Roma tomatoes

Marinara

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

* Step 2

Spray a large glass cooking pan with cooking spray.

* Step 3

Boil noodles

* Step 4

Whisk ricotta and egg thoroughly. Gradually add Parmesan and shredded mozzarella. Add a dash of pepper. This should become a thick paste.

* Step 5

Cut tomato into 16 thin slices.

* Step 6

Each noodle gets a quarter cup of filling spread across half of it.

* Step 7

Add two slices of tomato on top of the mixture in each noodle.

* Step 8

Cover tomatoes with extra filling if there is any.

* Step 9

Sprinkle basil on each noodle. Roll up so that the open seam is sealed on the bottom.

* Step 10

Place rolls in pan and cover them with the remaining sauce to prevent them from drying out. Top with extra mozzarella and basil.

* Step 11

Bake for thirty minutes.
