1/2 cup
Thousand Island dressing
1/2 lb
Shredded corned beef
1 tbsp
Spicy brown mustard
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
* Step 2
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing.
* Step 3
Use a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread sauerkraut on bottom of dish.
* Step 4
On top of sauerkraut, layer the corned beef, half the swiss cheese and the cream cheese-dressing mixture.
* Step 5
Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
* Step 6
When almost finished, add the remaining swiss cheese to the top of the mixture and finish cooking until bubbly and it begins to brown a bit.
* Step 7
Serve with the rye bread.
