Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Cream together butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
* Step 3
Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
* Step 4
Sift together dry ingredients and Add slowly until just incorporated.
* Step 5
Using a spatula, stir in mashed bananas and vanilla (and nuts/chips, if using).
* Step 6
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake one hour.
