Ingredient

1 3/4 cup

flour

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1/4 tsp

salt

1/3 cup

shortening

2/3 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift dry ingredients. blend in shortening.

* Step 2

Add sugar gradually, while blending add eggs. Beat well with spoon.

* Step 3

Add banana alternately with dry ingredients.

* Step 4

Turn into loaf pan.

* Step 5

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 10 mins.
