chopped boiled beetroot
1/4 tsp
salt
1 1/2 cup
plain flour
1 cup
cocoa
1 tbsp
baking powder
3/4 cup
caster sugar
1/2 cup
apple puree
3
eggs
2 tsp
vanilla
3/4 cup
sunflower oil
1/3 cup
dark choc chips
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 190.
* Step 2
finely chop beetroot in food processor, add all remaining ingredients except oil and choc chips.Process until smooth. Gradually add oil.
* Step 3
Stir in chocolate, spoon into greased cake tin. Bake 45 - 55 mins. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
