Ingredient

butter

1 1/4 cup

Brown sugar

2 each

banana

2 each

eggs

3/4 cup

plain flour

1/3 cup

Sr flour

1/3 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

preheat oven 160°. grease 6cm deep 9x19cm load pan. line with paper

* Step 2

combine 10g butter 1/2 cup sugar and 2T child water in saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. cook for a further 3 mins until thick. our into pan.

* Step 3

slice bananas and place cute side down in pan over syrup

* Step 4

beat remaining butter and sugar until fluffy. add eggs, beating, then add golden syrup, floors and milk. site until combined. pour over bananas

* Step 5

bake for 50~60 mins or until cooked when tested
