Cauliflower Soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop all ingredients. Fry onion, garlic and potato in pan until onion is soft. Add spices if desired eg cumin.
* Step 2
Add cauliflower and stock. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 20 mins until cauliflower is tender.
* Step 3
Allow to cool slightly then blend with stick blender. Serve with 2 slices of bread, season with salt and pepper.
