Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First add chopped onions, garlic cloves and cashew nuts to the water and boil it.
* Step 2
After the boiled ingredients cool down, turn them into a paste in a mixer. White gravy is ready.
* Step 3
Steam the mixed vegetables in a cooker.
* Step 4
Heat oil and amul butter in a pan and when it melts, add asafoetida and chopped capsicum.
* Step 5
Now add the steamed vegetables and stir well. Now add the white gravy prepared earlier and mix everything well.
* Step 6
Once everything is combined, add garam masala, some water and salt and mix well. Mix veg in white gravy is ready to eat. Serve with roti.
