Indian Cherries or premium Cherry Blossoms from Jammu and Kashmir are a delicious fruit rich in Protein, Sugar and Minerals. It has more calorific value than Apple. These are small round juicy Fruits that has a long stalk and a tiny seed within. These are best enjoyed on their own. And also in a variety of dishes especially in Desserts like Cheesecakes, Souffle, Tarts, Overnight Oats, Smoothies etc.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Indian Cherries needs to be deseeded by removing the tiny seed present in each of them. It's juicy and colourful outer covering in which is embedded a tiny seed. Deseed all. After done, add the pieces to a tall serving glass.
* Step 2
Also add mint leaves, sugar or honey. Muddle softly until it's done. Also can add a few slices of lemon but don't muddle them. Just add.
* Step 3
Now add ice-cubes as needed. Top it up with chilled soda. Stir and it's perfectly done.
* Step 4
Serve it super chilled right away. Sugar or honey can be adjusted accordingly. Enjoy!
