An easy one pot dish for any day with Knol Khol or Kohlrabi and Yellow Zucchini Courgette. This Vegetarian dish can be relished with both Rice and Rotis. Made with easily available pantry staples, this is one of the most popular dish in my house. With Zucchini, this is a way too lot flavourful and aromatic plus a delicious comfort food by all means.
Though the preparation or the making process is so simple, what matters ultimately is the taste. And it does taste yum. And with some freshly chopped Greens added, you are rest assured about the flavour too. The best part is that it gets done quickly too. Absolutely delicious to the last bite. This dish is for keepsake. You will love it every bit and would want to make it more and more. At least once a Week or even twice if desired until the Season lasts.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, heat some oil and add the ginger-garlic paste. Fry it for a few seconds and then add in the asafoetida along with the onions. Saute these on a low heat until done. Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy if using. I didn't use them this time. Now add the cubed knol khol or ganth gobhi and cubed yellow zucchini. Give it all a proper mix.
* Step 2
Cover and cook on a low flame for 18-20 minutes. Do not add too much of water. Add a little to facilitate easy cooking of them if required or can pressure cook too. I added just a little of it and had made it in a pan on a slow heat. It will be done very easily. Trust me on that dear people. If desired cook it for a little longer duration if you prefer it to be too soft. Otherwise, it is done in just about 20 minutes in all.
* Step 3
Relish this awesome dish well garnished with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot as a delicious side dish to many an important meals. Yum! Enjoy!
