The Shiitake is the edible Mushroom native to East Asia which is cultivated and consumed around the Globe. These are basically the wood dwelling Fungus having medicinal properties too.
Loved by many for it's creamy, savoury and meaty flavours. These are so easy to whip up a number of easy recipes with it. It's super versatile.
This one here is a simple everyday stir fry recipe with just a bare minimum ingredients yet filling and wholesome.
The best part is that it gets done very quickly and I have used the dried variety here from Urban platter.
