Baked Salted Banana Chips

#TTC #cookpadindia #rawbanana Baked Banana Chips at their best. Effortlessly done without much hassles. Not only are they healthy but definitely a lot more delicious too. Coconut oil gives it an edge over others and taste absolutely right. The best part is that it's flavourful and super crunchy as well. Best suited for all those fitness freaks and health conscious people out there. These are plain Salted one's here but of course can be tried with a wide range of options at our disposal. A perfect treat for any day and at anytime. Freshly baked Raw Banana Chips are a good choice at Tea-time on a weekend with the whole family being together and relaxed. Most of the times, I prefer baking to frying as they get done quickly and multi tasking becomes a less weary too.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the raw bananas at first. Pat dry and peel them all. Using a slicer, slice them as thinly as possible. Next is to add everything to a bowl and give it a good mix so that they are ready for baking. Coconut oil is the best but if you don't have it or do not want to use it, use sunflower or canola oil instead.

* Step 2

Meanwhile preheat your oven on 180° C and set the timer for about 40 minutes. Let it preheat for 10 minutes before the tray is placed for the actual baking process. Arrange all the slices on a butter paper lined baking tray.

* Step 3

Bake these for about 25-30 minutes or as required because every oven has their own temperature settings and preferences. Also keep an eye after they get half way through just so that they doesn't get overly done or burnt. It took me almost 27 minutes in all after the preheating.

* Step 4

Serve them hot at tea-time. Once cooled completely, store them in airtight containers at room temperature and relish for a week or more.
