Also known as Smooth stone Peach or Smooth bit Peach. Peaches are indigenous to India. They are sweeter when fully ripe and acidic or tart when unripe. Loaded with many health benefits as the other Fruits, these are much loved by all. Rich in Vitamin A, these offer protection from Lung and Oral Cancers. They contain vital Minerals like Potassium and Iron. Potassium is the main and an important component of our body cells and body fluids that help regulate heart rate and blood pressure. * Step 1

Wash and clean the fruit thoroughly. Pat dry and cut it into pieces lengthwise. Thick or thin is absolutely your choice. I have kept them medium thick.

Arrange them on a serving platter and just sprinkle the rest of the ingredients. Give it all a light mix. And that's it.
