Made with Dates and a horde of amazing Seeds, Dry Fruits and Nuts, these are absolutely irresistible. Beautiful looking and stunning. It's a great option for any day. Be it a quick Brunch or an after school treat or even an excellent option for an after meal Dessert, it's simply awesome. It can be a perfect accompaniment at Tea-time too. With a hot beverage of one's own choice, it is nothing less a divine combo. It's not at all difficult to do it. It's easy and effortlessly done. Delicious and wholesome. It's just right for all.

Ingredient

10-12 minutes
3-4 tbsp

Ghee or Butter

1/4 cup

Flax Seeds

1/4 cup

Poppy Seeds

1/2 cup

Almonds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee on a low and roast all the seeds and chopped nuts with the dry fruits as well accordingly. Do not increase the heat. And do it with a little patience until they are roasted well with an amazing aroma. This doesn't take much time. They get done real quick.

Now add the dates paste either the store bought one or the homemade. Let the pitted dates soak in a cup of warm milk for an hour and then make a smooth paste in a blender jar. Add this paste to the pan and mix so that everything gets incorporated well.

* Step 3

Spread the mix on a wide plate. Let it cool down a bit before gathering everything and rolling down with the help of our hands to make it into a big log. Divide the mix into two parts for ease. Now wrap each log in a separate aluminum foil. Let it refrigerate for an hour or so.

Now slice into your desired thickness. And set the serving platter. That's it. All done and ready for all. Dig into these right away. Enjoy!
