Fresh Green Almonds are available aplenty in the markets nowadays and therefore this is the right time to utilise them and since Mangoes are in Season, it's quite a good idea afterall. And to enhance the crunch factor a little more, I have added Sesame Seeds that are lightly toasted. And that's it. A refreshing Fruit Salad bowl is ready with Mangoes, Green Almonds and Sesame Seeds. It's is a great one with many health benefits too.

* Step 1

Wash all the green almonds thoroughly and pat dry. Cut and open the shells to retrieve all the almonds in the centre. These are fresh and raw one's.

Set them aside. Meanwhile add cubed mangoes to a bowl. Top up with these yummy fresh almonds and sesame seeds. Mix well. That's it.
