This amazing Salad is a healthy option for all. It's a little bit on the lighter side with no strong flavours. With Jalapenos thrown in for that little spice value, it still is absolutely light. The Jalapenos that are used are pickled one's and hence it's plain. With mildly sweet Iceberg Lettuce, this is absolutely lip-smacking. Toasted Sesame Seeds and Olive Oil simple dressing makes it even more crisper and delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the Lettuce into either big or small. Add it to a serving bowl. Next is to add the rest of the ingredients along with the Olive Oil dressing.
* Step 2
Lightly toast up the Sesame Seeds. Sprinkle generously on top. Toss everything well until combined. Serve it right away. Happy Eating!
