An absolute hit with my folks. This is the most common Salad made in my home on just about any day. It's that simple. You only got to have the Vegetables handy. That's it. Rest is a yummy super healthy bowl of scrumptious Salad.
Simple Olive Oil and Lemon juice dressing is added to brighten up this beautiful looking Salad and also to make it more flavourful and aromatic.
A simple yet a perfect choice for a healthy and a nutritious Brunch especially on the weekends or during special occasions and holidays. It suffices a large gathering too. The best part is that it is absolutely easy to make and all the ingredients are available in the market.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the Romaine Lettuce at first. Do not do it fine. Add them to a bowl. Keep it aside.
* Step 2
Now add the blanched Baby Corn to it. Along with that, add finely chopped Green Chillies or Jalapenos or even Red Chilli flakes. Adjust Salt according to taste.
* Step 3
And then finally, stir in the simple dressing. Toss everything up and it's all ready. Serve it immediately. Enjoy!
