3 ingredient twist by me to the usual simple Rotis eaten for Breakfast. With Sumac and Cheese added, you can be rest assured about your kids. They will absolutely love these beautiful looking Rotis on any day.
There's actually nothing much to do here.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make Rotis as usual. Top it up with Sumac and Cheese. Cover and cook on a low heat with a lid on.
* Step 2
As Cheese has already a lot of Salt in it. I didn't add any. But it's optional. You can add it if desired.
* Step 3
That's it. Nothing much complicated at all. Make these yummy beauties on any day for Breakfast and watch them disappear in no time. Enjoy!
