This is simple deep fried oven roasted cooked Rice by me. An absolutely yummy and a super easy one to go alongside main meals. A perfect accompaniment to many a meals. Tastes good with Dal and Sabzis.
A unique and an excellent option to that of sun dried Vadiyan or Murukku.
Without much efforts, this can be enjoyed as a lovely snack too.
Whereas Vadiyan or Badiyan involves a little time consuming process and efforts, this one is just a child's play. Cooked Rice can be put to a lovely use. A multipurpose one at that to actually say. Because it can be used as a Namkeen when mixed with your favourite other goodies. And also in Chaats. Or simply as an afterschool snack or an anytime munchie too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The oven roasted cooked rice can be enjoyed on any day alongside main meals.
* Step 2
Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat keeping an eye on it while doing so. Drain and sprinkle some salt as required.
* Step 3
That's it. Simple and easy. You can even add chat masala or dry mango powder or amchur as well. Enjoy!
